Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy applies to the Travel (£200), Coordination (£300) and Deposit (£400) travel coordination packages sold by Leodent Clinic Ltd.
Every package price is the full price. “Deposit” is a package name, not a deposit or part payment.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You can:
- Email info@leodentclinic.com.
- Call or send a WhatsApp message to +90 530 522 47 60.
- Write to Leodent Clinic Ltd, Suite 11281, 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom.
Please provide your name and enough information to identify your booking. You do not have to give a reason.
An email or written message gives you a record of your cancellation, but you do not have to use a particular form or confirm a telephone cancellation in writing.

You may use this wording, but it is optional:

Our company refund rule
If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date in Istanbul, we will give you a full refund.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, no refund is due under this company rule.
This rule sits alongside your statutory rights. It does not remove a legal right to cancel or reduce any refund or other remedy required by law.
The statutory 14-day cancellation right
Where the statutory right applies to your online service contract, you can cancel without giving a reason during the period ending 14 days after the day the contract is made. This period runs from the contract date, not your arrival date.
You must communicate your decision to cancel before that period ends. If you send your cancellation, sending it before the deadline is sufficient. If legally required cancellation information has not been provided, the period may be extended.
These rights arise under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Exceptions
The Regulations contain exceptions, including contracts for passenger transport and hotel accommodation booked for specified dates or periods. Where a legal exception applies, the statutory cooling-off right does not apply to that contract. Our company refund rule still applies.
How the two periods work together
The statutory period and our company refund rule are separate:
- If our company rule gives you a full refund, you receive that full refund.
- If the statutory cancellation right applies, being less than 14 days from arrival does not prevent you from using it.
- If the statutory period has ended, our company rule can still give you a full refund when you cancel at least 14 days before arrival.
If services start during the statutory cancellation period
Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will only start providing services during that period if you expressly ask us to do so. Payment alone is not an express request to start early.
If you then cancel before the services are fully performed, we may deduct only a proportionate amount for services actually supplied before you tell us you are cancelling. This is calculated against the total agreed price, or the market value if that price is excessive.
You owe nothing for services supplied during that period if you did not expressly request an early start, or if we did not provide the legally required information about cancellation and the cost of starting early.
You lose the statutory right to cancel after full performance only if you expressly requested an early start and acknowledged beforehand that full performance would end that right. These conditions are set out in the Regulations’ rules on starting services during the cancellation period.
We will not make a deduction where our company refund rule entitles you to a full refund.
If we cancel or a service is not provided properly
If we cancel or cannot provide a booked service, we will refund what is not provided.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you may be entitled to repeat performance at no extra cost. If that is impossible or is not provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction, potentially a full refund.
Our cancellation rule does not limit these rights or any other remedy available by law.
Refund method and timing
We will send any refund due without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method, meaning the card used to pay.
For a statutory price reduction where there is no cancellation, we will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to it.
Stripe states that refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement after the refund is sent. This processing time is separate from our deadline for sending it.
