The UK company that takes your payment, the clinic’s Ministry of Health authorisation and its ISO certificates. Tap a document to open it in full.

Is dental treatment included?

No. These packages cover travel arrangements only. Your treatment is planned and priced separately by the clinic.

Who receives my payment?

Leodent Clinic Ltd, our company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17500660). Stripe processes the payment, in pounds sterling.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes. Cancel at least 14 days before your arrival in Istanbul for a full refund. Your statutory rights apply as well; the policy explains how to cancel and how refunds are paid back.
